The following applies in respect to refund of fees paid by those who subsequently withdraw from the cruise. - Should the Cruise be over-subscribed and an application to join the Cruise be rejected due to over-subscription, any fees paid will be refunded in full.
- Should an application be rejected because an owner or skipper is unable to fulfil all safety and other requirements by the due date (mid-December), any fees paid less the deposit will be refunded.
- Should an entry be accepted and an owner or skipper subsequently withdraws that entry after the closing date (mid-December), any fees paid less the deposit will be refunded. In exceptional circumstances, all fees paid will be refunded in full. These will be considered by the committee upon application, on a case-by-case basis.
- If an owner or skipper withdraws before the entry closing date, the deposit will be refunded.
